Personal Profile: Angelo M Spencer-Smith  Angelo has been an accomplished marketing and management consultant for a number of years. Before moving into consultancy he worked in international brand management for a global soft drinks company based near Salzburg, Austria. Previously he was as a regional sales and marketing manager in the north west of England, based in Manchester, UK. Together with his BA (Hons) Recreation & Leisure Management, CIEH Environmental Management at Work, NVQ. Training and Development, NVQ Assessor, City & Guilds COMEC Leadership Award and considerable event management experience, he is well placed to advise businesses in many different aspects. He now specialises in consulting in two areas; training/coaching and business development. He has worked for many years facilitating learning on an individual and team basis. A strong track record in operational management and brand management within international business, combined with a proven success as a business consultant / adviser across a board spectrum of businesses and organisations. Has a wide international sales and marketing, business development as well as experience in enhancing shareholder value. Together with key roles as an investor / director within start-ups, demonstrates his ability to achieve results in growing businesses of all types. Experienced in assessing a business, developing and implementing the most profitable and appropriate strategic and operational route forward. Often with the development of a focused brand and/or multi brand strategy, that is his forte.
