Motivation
+ In any consultancy project undertaken, the main aim will always be to enhance the effectiveness of the organisation.
+ The ‘clients’ requirements and interests are regarded as paramount at all times.
Due time and effort will be taken to understand the values and culture of the ‘clients’ organization.
Competence
+ Work will only be accepted where it can be demonstrated that the required qualifications, experience and expertise to deliver real value to the organization is present.
Agreement on Deliverables and Fees
+ The scope, nature and deliverables of the services will be provided in writing to the ‘client’, as well as the basis for remuneration, in advance of commencing work.
+ Any subsequent revisions shall be subject to prior discussion and agreement with the ‘client’.
Sub-Contracting
+ Any sub-contract of work will be done by the prior agreement of the ‘client’, and except where otherwise agreed will remain responsible for the performance of the work.
Confidentiality
+ All information concerning the affairs of ‘clients’ will be held in the strictest confidence.
+ Any information obtained during the course of assignments will not be disclosed to any third parties, with out the consent of the individual or ‘client’, except where this relates to unlawful behaviour.
Non-Poaching
+ No invitation or encouragement will be given to a ‘client’ or employee, to consider alternative employment, unless it is the purpose of the assignment.
Due Care
+ All work involved in assignments will be carefully planned. The time required is accurately estimated and that no commitment shall be made to tasks which cannot be completed in the time available.
+ Any advice, solutions and recommendations are realistic, practicable and clearly understood by the ‘client’ and are based on thorough, impartial consideration and analysis of all available pertinent facts.
Communication
+ The ‘client’ will be kept fully informed about the progress of any assignments.
Evaluation
+ Feedback will be sought on work undertaken as it proceeds and ‘clients’ will be asked to evaluate work on completion of each assignment, in order to improve the quality of service offered.
Disclosure / Conflicts of Interest
+ Any special relationships, circumstances or interests that might be seen by the ‘client’ or others to influence or impair judgment or objectivity on any particular assignment will be disclosed at the earliest opportunity.
+ Any conflicts of interest to the ‘client’ shall be declared to the ‘client’ before entering into a contact.
